I am currently working as a Quality Assurance Associate Manager and part of Sutherland Global Services Service Delivery Launch Team. I've work with United Online, Lenovo, AVG Technologies and currently working with Paetec, Iron Mountain, Mediacom, AT&T, Homeway, Sage and Account Now.
